With our MPA DoItYourself formula, we carry out an analysis of your IT infrastructure and we put in place all the tools you need to manage your infrastructure yourself. We intervene only at your request.

In order to ensure an optimal service we include the following services in all our MPA offers:

Backup - backup and archiving

Your data is backed up every night and stored for 7 days in a datacenter located in Bern, Switzerland. The confidentiality of the data transfer is ensured by encrypting the communications between the customer's site and the datacenter.

In the event of a disaster, this backup will allow you to restore data or reassemble a virtual infrastructure in our datacenter. This will be operational within three working days. A log of the daily backup is automatically sent by e-mail to the customer.

Partner IT SA monitors these logs and notifies the client in case of problems.

Documentation and password management

We draw up specific and detailed documentation in order to have a clear and structured overview of your IT park.

This documentation allows us to know all the specificities of your equipment, each element is listed and indexed. We know your equipment very precisely and can therefore provide you with optimisation solutions and personalised recommendations.

We also manage all your passwords, ensuring maximum security and confidentiality.

Remote monitoring and management

The implementation of a RMM (Remote, Monitoring & Management) tool is an integral part of our service, thanks to this tool we can monitor and manage your entire computer park in real time and solve problems quickly while minimizing downtime thanks to instant access.
