Our backup service is a complete backup of your files and software.
Your data is backed up by means of an incremental copy. This is done at regular intervals and stored in a data centre in Bern, Switzerland.
The confidentiality of data transfer is ensured by encrypting communications between the customer's site and the datacenter.
In case of an event (fire, theft, criptlocker, etc.) this backup will allow you to restore data or to reassemble a virtual infrastructure in our datacenter. This will be accessible via the Internet and operational within a very short time.
A log of the backup is automatically sent by e-mail to the client and to Partner IT SA. Partner IT SA monitors these logs and notifies the client in case of problems.
