VoIP with Teams in detail
Who are the suppliers?
To take advantage of the telephony of Microsoft Teams to its full potential we work closely with Swisscom and peoplefone.
Swisscom and peoplefone make it possible to use Microsoft Teams as a phone system without additional hardware thanks to Microsoft's "Direct Routing". Their VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) service is fully compatible with the Teams application.
What Microsoft 365 license do you need?
Each user must have a Microsoft 365 license to use Microsoft Teams. The licenses below can be used as direct routed telephony by adding the "Phone Over" and "Audio Conferencing" extensions for Microsoft Enterprise licenses and by adding the "Business Voice" extension for Business licenses.
- Microsoft Enterprise (E1 - E2 - E3)
- Microsoft Business ( Basic - Standard - Premium)
Why transfer your telephony to Teams?
It is an essential piece of the puzzle for any SME to succeed in its digital transformation and migrate to a modern office environment.
The flexibility, scalability, and feature set available without the need to invest in infrastructure makes it a no-brainer. Teams makes it easy to make and receive business calls across multiple platforms while being integrated with your existing Microsoft 365 account.
Economically, this solution is very interesting thanks to attractive models and fixed price offers.
